Recorded at the P Patch House in late July 2008 (when all those travelling bluegrass kids were staying). Mixed a year later in Erquy, France in August 2009.

Hence the 'Slight Delay'(!)

'Anxiously Awaiting' and 'The Silver Gates' are improvised, complete and unedited one-takes.

'Tranquility Mare' and 'Dreamsong Reprise' are more heavily snipped up from longer recordings.

With each track I did a lot of post processing. I split each track into several frequency bands and worked on each one as a separate instrument, for the most part using filtering, granular effect plugins and pitch shifting.

Fun fact: drums in 'The Silver Gates' are sampled from 'Teeth' off 'Shareholders Report' - and I actually re-played them on my tiny keyboard while traveling ~300kph on a high speed train.
